Can i reschedule my treatment?
We understand that plans can change and the unexpected can happen.
You are welcome to rescedule your treatment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty.
What if i am late for my treatment?
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the therapist can still offer the treatment, but 15 minutes will be deducted from the appointment duration
If you are any later than 15 minutes or a no-show, then unfortunately the appointment will be cancelled and we are unable to offer a deposit refund.
Can i cancel my treatment?
You can cancel your treatment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.
What if i have hair extensions or braids?
Due to the nature of the treatment, Harmony Head Spa and Wellness do not recommend the Japanese Head Spa for people with hair extensions or braids.
I'm pregnant, are the treatments safe?
Please contact one of our therapists to discuss the suitability of the treatment you are considering.
Can i use my mobile phone in the spa?
We kindly ask you to mute or switch off your mobile phone for the duration of your treatment.
Do I need to remove my jewellery?
We may ask you to remove some items of jewellery for your treatment. These can be stored safely if required.
How will you use my personal data?
We will only use your personal data for contact and marketing communications. If you wish to opt out of marketing communication then please let us know.
